The bill (Reg.No.11183) aims at refining the provisions of current Ukrainian legislation by establishing court fees in cases on administrative infringements, as well as determining rates of such court fees and adjusting the rates of certain court fees that are imposed for filing a bill of complaint or any other claims provided by the procedural legislation.
The Committee members noted that the main aim of the bill is to establish legal mechanism that will allow for repaying expenses connected with reviewing certain cases.
The bill stipulates amending certain legislative acts of Ukraine.
